At Ussa, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
